Role DescriptionOwn the relationship with your client at a strategic levelOversee the relationship at an operational levelAssist both your client and FNZ to grow their businessesProvide solution ideas and practical implementationsActively work to remove any service and solution impedimentsManage financial considerations and requirementsHave an in-depth understanding of both your Clients' and FNZ's business services and solutionsSpecific Role ResponsibilitiesCustomer SatisfactionAccountable for all FNZ's interfaces & interactions with Customers.Achieve quantitative customer satisfaction standards in accordance with FNZ Group objectives.Achieve qualitative satisfaction standards via feedback from Customers' senior management to FNZ senior management (Group CEO, Regional CEO, and Group COO).Platform ServicesAccountable for ensuring the product/investment administration and custody service is delivered to Customers in accordance with contractually agreed service standards.Accountable for ensuring the technology support service is delivered in accordance with contractually agreed service standards and FNZ's Group quality standards.Risk & Compliance OutcomesEnsure Customers receive regular, accurate, and appropriate reporting assuring them of FNZ's compliance with regulatory obligations.Facilitate and manage audits & reviews of FNZ carried out by Customers or their 3rd parties, including the successful closure of any findings.Ensure that Risk Events and/or Breaches related to Customers are actioned and closed within contractual or regulatory timeframes.Provide regular, accurate, and appropriate reporting on any risks relevant to the successful delivery of the platform services.Experience RequiredSuccessful candidates are likely to have the following skills and experience:CompetenciesBuild and maintain a collaborative partnership with your clients.Maintain good relationships with all other divisions within FNZ.Creative problem solving and solution thinking.Financial understanding and modelling.Negotiation and persuasiveness.Experience10 years' experience in a relationship management role in financial services is essential.FinTech / IT solutions experience is advantageous.Business development experience is advantageous.Experience in delivering to revenue targets and growing the value of customer accounts.Build and sustain relationships at all levels at top tier institutions.Outstanding team communication skills, confident in dealing with internal and external clients.Ability to operate globally.Independent, self-directing, and solution-focused working style.Ability to think strategically and creatively problem solve.Innovative and forward-looking approach to people management and culture.Strong people leadership skills, with the ability to develop, motivate, and manage multi-disciplined teams.Ability to manage stakeholders to Executive level.Excellent written and oral communication skills.About FNZFNZ is a global FinTech firm, transforming the way financial institutions serve their wealth management customers.
