This role is pivotal in leading the team and driving store performance.
DescriptionThe Store Supervisor will oversee daily store operations, manage and motivate the sales team, and ensure an outstanding customer experience. You will play a key role in maintaining store standards, achieving sales targets, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate store staff, providing training and support to ensure exceptional customer service and sales performance.Customer Experience: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.Sales Performance: Drive sales and achieve targets by implementing effective sales strategies and promotional activities.Visual Merchandising: Maintain and enhance store presentation, including visual merchandising and ensuring that displays are appealing and on-brand.Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, manage inventory replenishment, and ensure accurate stock control and reporting.Operational Efficiency: Ensure smooth store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and adherence to company policies and procedures.Team Development: Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support staff development and career growth.Education ProfileQualifications: MatricProven experience in a retail supervisory role, preferably in ladieswear fashion (Assistant Store Management experience)Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a teamExcellent customer service skills and a keen eye for fashion trendsProficiency in retail management systems and Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidaysSkills Required: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectivelyHigh attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining store standardsApplication InstructionsPlease forward your CV to ******.
