LocationFull job descriptionAchieve the store sales plan, promote and manage turnover to achieve targets set.Manage all administration tasks and ensure the store is prepared for a store audit.Manage in-store expenses and ensure that spending is controlled within the expense budget.Conduct morning sales meetings to discuss sales performance with all staff and attend management training sessions.Conduct daily and weekly sales reviews with the assistant manager to discuss methods of expanding in the store and improvement of all service levels.Set individual daily, weekly, and monthly targets for staff and review these regularly, completing cash ups and banking accurately in good time.Fully understand all criteria in the operations manual and manage the store according to the operations manual procedures.
