Liquor Store Manager Area: RoodepoortSalary: Basic Salary R18000 plus Medical Aid, Provident Fund and 13th chequeWorking Hours: Retail hoursResponsibilities:Oversee daily operation including inventory management, staff supervision, sales tracking, and stock controlLead and motivate a dedicated team to ensure top performance and customer satisfactionDevelop and implement sales strategies to drive store growth and profitabilityEnsure compliance with all local and state regulations regarding the sales of alcohol Qualifications, experience and skillsProven experience in retail management, preferably in the liquor or beverage industry.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesKnowledge of alcohol laws and regulationGood MS Excel skills   .
