Store Manager (Graaff-Reinet)

A well known retail client is looking for a Store Manager to join their team in Graff-Reinett.In this role, you'll oversee daily operations, drive sales, and create an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.Our client is looking for someone with strong leadership skills, a knack for merchandising, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.Key Responsibilities:Lead and motivate a dynamic teamAnalyze sales data and implement strategies to achieve targetsManage inventory and maintain visual merchandising standardsEnsure a positive customer experienceRequirements:Matric Certificate.NQF 5/6 Certificate or Diploma in Retail/Business Management preferable.Valid Driver's License – Code 8 unendorsed2-5 years in relevant Sales/retail/operations environment as an Assistant Manager/ ManagerIf you have a passion for the Retail (clothing) industry, a strong management background, and the ability to drive results across multiple departments, we want to hear from you!
