Store Manager Asssistant

REQUIREMENTS: Grade 12 equivalent academic qualification (diploma or degree would be advantageous) Previous 3 years retail management experience or above Experience in training and managing a team Strong leadership and people management skills Strong accounting, banking, management and math skills Retail ERP system experience and strong computer skills (MS Excel and MS Word) Excellent communication and organizational skills Decision-making and problem-solving skills Able to work a flexible schedule that is willing to work after hours if necessary Attention to detail Good work ethics Good communication and time management skills Must reside in Johannesburg and is able to travel to Fourways KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
To perform the following tasks:

Handle all areas of daily business operations, human resources, customer service and merchandising Coordinating, monitoring and reporting on daily operations Representing employer in disciplinary enquiries and enforcing disciplinary action Ensuring the store environment complies with health and safety regulations Completing UI19 and COIDA documents Recruiting, training and supervising employees Managing employee shift schedules and conducting performance reviews Monitoring and maintaining suitable store inventory level, and stock loss prevention Assisting with the development of new sales and recruitment strategies Conducting Marketing and Sales promotions in-store Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R13000,00 - R15000,00 per month
