Key Responsibilities: Drive performance through the store KPI's (e.g. turnover, rewards, new accounts, visuals. Etc.). Managing stock losses to ensure shrinkage is in line with the Company standard Driving turnover to ensure achievement of targets Ensures the team executes operational excellence through a customer-centric mind set.
