About the Role This permanent, full-time position supports operations in the Northern Cape while reporting to the Johannesburg (Melrose Arch) functional hub offices.
As a Specialist Transformation , you will manage, monitor, and track transformation activities.
This includes advising on legislative changes, managing risks related to HMM's license to operate, and participating in various internal and external transformation committees.
Additionally, you will oversee plans and expenditures for HMM operations, ensuring risk management and mitigation.
Key Responsibilities Legislative Reporting : Capture administrative duties for Mining Charter reports, Annual SLP reports, and B-BBEE Commission reports.
Consolidate and review B-BBEE, Mining Charter, and SLP implementation reports from element owners.
Audit and Compliance : Support B-BBEE audits by reviewing and consolidating reports.
Stakeholder and Vendor Management : Onboard new Transformation-related service providers.
Create purchase requisitions and manage internal/external stakeholder relationships.
Committee Support : Collaborate with the Transformation and Diversity committee by developing agendas, presentations, capturing minutes, and sharing updates.
Operational Excellence : Maintain knowledge of processing activities to meet Service Level Agreements.
Requirements About You Experience and Skills : Minimum 5 years of professional experience in transformation roles.
Specialized knowledge of Transformation, MPRDA, Mining Charter, and B-BBEE Act , including Employment Equity, Enterprise and Supplier Development, and Local Economic Development.
Familiarity with SAP is preferred.
Proven ability to work in high-paced team environments .
Understanding of internal control environments and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications : Grade 12 (Matric) Certificate.
Higher Certificate, National Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management , Training Management , Industrial Psychology , Labour Relations , or related fields.
