For this reason, we choose &Beyonders very carefully; they are the strength and the future of this company.KEY OUTPUTS :Administrating of Senior Consultants files.Admin and provisional maintenance.Attention to detail on file details like dietaries and loading of movements and reconfirmations of files.Ensuring lead times for responses are met according to standard operating practices.A good understanding of specific requirements for FIT itineraries.COMMUNICATION AND VALUES :Constant, consistent and clear communication daily with reservations team and suppliers.Upholding the values of &Beyond: Care of the people, Care of land, and Care of the wildlife.KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED :Good understanding of delivering excellent service to agents and consultants.Excellent written and verbal Spanish and English.Some understanding of a reservations environment is advantageous.Computer literate with strong working knowledge of Basic Level Outlook, Word, and Excel.Knowledge of Tourplan or any other reservations system is advantageous.SKILLS REQUIRED :Communication skills.Attention to detail.Time & desk management including working in an orderly focused manner.The ability to work under pressure and show initiative.Understanding of the travel industry and preferably Tour Operating specifically.Elaborating in writing explanations or descriptions.Must be computer literate and have an in-depth knowledge of Word and Excel.Calm and professional manner assisting the Travel Specialists.A willingness and aptitude to learn.Fluent in both verbal and written Spanish, preferably South American Spanish.QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED :Tourism / Travel-Related Qualification (degree / diploma / certificate) preferable.1-2 years administration experience preferable.PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES :An independent, curious, and "can do it" nature.Sense of urgency and adherence to deadlines.Passionate about guest delight.Diligence and self-motivation.The successful candidate should have an enquiring mind, be methodical, and pay attention to detail, be creative, and show perseverance and patience, ability to work under pressure, ability to accept routine and mundane tasks, have a high energy level, be flexible, and have the ability to overcome obstacles and persist with the task at hand, be decisive and adaptable.We reserve the right to not make an appointment.
