Role & Responsibilities:

LinkedIn Strategy Development: Conceptualize, design, and execute a results-driven LinkedIn strategy tailored to our brand and goals.
Content Creation: Generate engaging, authentic, and industry-relevant content for our company's LinkedIn profile as well as the profiles of individual team members.
Engagement: Monitor comments, messages, and engagements. Respond in a timely and professional manner to foster community and answer inquiries.
Profile Optimization: Ensure that the company's LinkedIn profile, as well as profiles of our team members, are fully optimized for maximum visibility and engagement.
Reporting & Analytics: Analyze LinkedIn performance metrics to understand trends, measure ROI, and inform future content decisions.
Stay Updated: Monitor the latest trends in social media tools, platforms, and apply knowledge to increase the company's social media presence.

Requirements:

Proven experience in managing and growing LinkedIn company pages and personal profiles.
Strong content creation skills – able to produce content that resonates with our target audience.
Excellent understanding of LinkedIn analytics and tools.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills.
Experience in the recruitment industry is a plus.
