Smt Engineer

The key responsibilities will be as follows but not limited to:Responsible for all equipment and machinery maintenance and repairs, with priority given to programming the JUKI 3010/3020 DEK printing machine.Ensure product quality.Enhance production efficiency and drive continuous improvement.Conduct training and develop operational skills for the operators.Supervise workshop production and maintain discipline, ensuring production tasks meet targets.Assist the Factory Director and SMT Supervisor in the overall running of the workshop when needed.SMT Engineer will report to the SMT Supervisor or Factory Director.
Work schedule includes two shifts: Night Shift and Day Shift, with normal hours from 06:00 – 18:00 or 18:00 – 06:00.Job Type: Full-time
