Site Supervisor

Provide leadership and direction to the site team, including technicians, operators, and other personnel, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Supervise and oversee the day-to-day activities of the site team, assigning tasks, setting priorities, and monitoring progress.
Implement corrective actions and preventive measures to address issues and risks affecting site performance and productivity.
Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and risks, implementing corrective actions to mitigate them Facilitate regular meetings and briefings with the site team to review progress, address issues, and provide updates on project status Mechanical diploma,N6 or SAIW level 2 qualification, Supervisory training , safety training will be advantageous 3 years power station supervisory experiences
