Site Manager

· Develop and implement operational plans and strategies to achieve site-specific goals and objectives.
· Oversee the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring smooth and efficient execution of processes and workflows.
· Provide leadership and direction to the site team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
· Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, standards, and policies at the site.
· Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, regulators, and community members.
· Act as a liaison between the site and other departments, facilitating communication, coordination, and collaboration on cross-functional projects and initiatives · Develop and manage the budget for the site, ensuring alignment with site-specific goals and objectives.
minimum -Mechanical national diploma or N6, project management qualification, 5 years experience preferably in power station environment, people management skills Experience in site planning and scheduling, pre-project communication with client and head office regarding resources and equipment as well as providing input into material sttrong leadership skills, motivating site teams Must have valid driver's license and a clear criminal record
