They are looking for a motivated and experienced Shop Manager to manage a few branches to ensure the smooth operation of their store to assist in delivering high-quality products and outstanding customer service.QualificationsMatric and Tertiary qualificationSkills And KnowledgeAdministrative functions.Price analysis and updating prices.Oversee stock levels, conduct regular inventory checks, and manage ordering to ensure the store is adequately stocked.Staff Management by training, motivating, and developing staff to enhance their skills and performance.Store Operations, ensuring the store is clean, well-organised, and visually appealing.OtherProficient in Afrikaans and English.Own transport and license (weekly travel to Johannesburg).ResponsibilitiesProven experience as a Shop Manager or in a similar retail management role.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in using retail management software and Microsoft Office.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.Remuneration OfferedR20-30k
