Minimum requirements: MatricRed Seal certification as a Qualified Electrician or Electrical Millwright3 years' experience in a hands-on role involving maintenance, fault detection and repairs in a similar industry would be highly beneficial Valid drivers licenseKey Responsibilities:Oversee daily operational tasks, managing the entire packing process from sorting to final packagingSupervise the maintenance crew to ensure continuous machinery functionality and overall packhouse performancePerform electrical, mechanical and electronic repairsMaintain infrastructure, including all electrical, plumbing and general maintenance for both the packhouse and office spacesEnsure smooth shift coordination, especially for the pre-sorting and packing operationsConsultant: Antoné Swart - Dante Personnel Mpumalanga
