Position: Shift ManagerHire Resolves client is seeking a motivated and experienced Shift Manager to oversee the operations in Germiston, Gauteng. The Shift Manager will be responsible for managing a team of employees, ensuring that daily production targets are met, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate the activities of workers on the production floorEnsure that production targets are met while maintaining quality standardsTrain and develop team members to improve performance and efficiencyManage inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain team to ensure adequate stock levelsImplement and enforce safety protocols to create a safe work environmentMonitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior managementHandle any employee issues or concerns in a professional and timely mannerRequirementsProven experience as a Shift Manager or similar role in a manufacturing settingStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to work well under pressure and meet deadlinesKnowledge of safety regulations and best practicesExcellent problem-solving skillsProficient in Microsoft Office suiteIf you meet the qualifications and are interested in this opportunity, please submit your resume and cover letter detailing your relevant experience.
