The incumbent will be employed at their Head Office with the requirement to interact with their Sites.Position: SHERQ Admin Specialist (Tender)Nature of contract: PermanentOffice Location: Bryanston (Gauteng)Site Locations: Head OfficeRequirements:Education / Qualification: Matric, a diploma/degree would be advantageous.Training / Experience: Experience in Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHERQ) management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).Skills and Attributes:Strong understanding of SHERQ regulations and standards, including local and international requirements.Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Word and Excel a must, project management tools).Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure in order to meet submission deadlines.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Experience in the relevant industry or sector is preferred.Ability to compile SHERQ Management Plans – Project Specific and or coordinate with specific specialists.Be able to read and understand SHERQ related documentation and Tender requirements and extract relevant details for redirecting to specialists for compiling of project specific plans.Understanding of SHERQ related costs.Have worked with the tendering process before in the SHERQ space.Clear Criminal records.Responsibilities:Thoroughly examine tender documents to identify SHERQ requirements and compile returnables on the client specification.Compile a Project Specific SHERQ Environmental Management Plan.Ensure all related tender returnable documents are compiled and submitted timeously to the tender department per specific tender.Identify and assess the potential impact of SHERQ-related risks from the client specifications.Complete SHERQ checklists and questionnaires from tender returnables and submit relevant supporting documentation (e.g., Company Policies and Company Procedures).Attend Weekly Tender Meetings and provide feedback on tender status to SHERQ team Coordinator.Ensure SHERQ Tender register and folders are updated and maintained.Ability to follow up and be stringent with the SHERQ team to submit returnables timeously.Effective communication and interaction with the SHERQ team to provide the best information on SHERQ returnables.Track and monitor compliance with SHERQ requirements throughout the tendering phases.Assist with the establishment of site startup files, upon award of tenders.Assist with any ad hoc tasks that fall under the SHERQ Department responsibilities when the workload is quiet.Do you get what we are looking for?
