Safety, Health and Environment ManagerOur client in the automotive industry is currently seeking a Safety, Health and Environment Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position with competitive salary and benefits.Duties & ResponsibilitiesAs a SHE Manager, you will be responsible for:Planning, directing and implementing organisational safety, health, and environmental programmes.Developing a SHE operational plan in accordance with set targets.Developing and implementing a sustainability strategy in alignment with company goals.Ensuring compliance across all sites to occupational health and safety legislation.Keeping abreast of updates in occupational health and safety legislation and advising management accordingly.Monitoring and maintaining the SHE management systems.Being the management representative for the ISO 14001 and OHAS 18001 systems.Conducting, reporting, and following up on pre-use, safety and/or audit inspections including Risk Control.Ensuring a safe, secure, and legal working environment.Managing individual, team, and departmental performance to achieve organisational objectives.Desired Experience & QualificationBachelor's Degree or National Diploma (Safety Management).ISO 14001 (Internal Auditor).SAMTRAC, ESG & sustainability certificate.6-8 years relevant safety, health, and environmental experience.Package & RemunerationMarket Related.Interested?Apply online.Phone: 011 803 9465Brought to you by AGC Mining Recruitment
