Our client in the motorcycle industry, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Manager to join their dynamic team.
If you have a proven track record of leadership in a workshop or service environment and a passion for motorcycles, we want to hear from you. Relevant certifications in motorcycle mechanics or workshop managementExperience in motorcycle mechanics and managing a workshopExperience supporting motorsport events and understanding of the technical demands involved. Leadership Experience - Proven leadership abilities with a stable and consistent employment history, ideally in a similar role. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approachAbility to work under pressure and multitaskKnowledge of health and safety regulations in workshopsFinancial acumen, with experience managing workshop budgets, cost control, and profit optimization. Capability to mentor and develop junior staff, promoting a learning culture.Proficiency in workshop management software, inventory control, and CRM systems, ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting.
