We are seeking a Service Delivery Manager, who will lead the charge in ensuring seamless service delivery, managing cross-functional teams, and exceeding client expectations. Skills and ExperienceWhat you'll do: Manage the delivery of services to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the desired level of quality.Identify and resolve any issues that arise during service delivery, including customer complaints, delays, or quality concerns.Manage and lead a team of service delivery staff, overseeing hiring, training, and ongoing support.Ensure staff adherence to company policies and procedures, promoting effective teamwork.Coordinate with other departments to resolve service-related issues, proactively identifying and addressing potential problems.Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure client expectations are met and implement improvements as necessary.Your expertise: A high degree of professional ethics, integrity, and interpersonal communication skills.Ability to align employees in the same strategic direction to achieve goals.Oversee and develop a team of multi-skilled individuals, setting clear expectations and fostering a positive work environment.Excellent judgment, analytical skills, strong leadership, and influencing skills.Deliver excellent client service by listening to customers and resolving their issues.Problem-solving skills to find effective solutions to challenges.Qualifications required: Grade 12, Matric or N3A+/ N+MCSA/ MCSESoft SkillsITILClient SupportChange ManagementService DeskOtherOther information applicable to the opportunity: Permanent PositionWork environment: Hybrid – Client visits and meetings may occur.Physical Demands: Sitting, walking, standing, driving.Travel: Must own a vehicle and have a valid driver's license or reliable transport.Why work for us?
