Service Delivery Lead (It Operations)

The Service Delivery Lead is responsible for facilitating, monitoring and verifying the performance of all aspects of operational services delivered or provided by the Group's IT suppliers in order to develop and maintain operational excellence to support the business in achieving its strategic objectives.
This service delivery leads focus will be on the provision (running) of IT Systems and Services for the National Sales Organisation and Dealers.Duties:Assist with the service transition of new or amended services into IT Operations in collaboration with other parts of Information Systems, in order to facilitate successful project completion.Ensures that operational methods, procedures, facilities and tools are established, reviewed and maintained.Close liaison with key stakeholders in the event of operational disruptions and major incidents, ensuring that appropriate action is taken to investigate and resolve incidents with systems and/or services.Monitor all incident, problem and continuity processes, including activation testing to ensure they are fit for purpose, providing information and advice for clear communication to relevant stakeholders where necessary.Ensure that incidents are fully documented, agreed remedies and preventative measures are implemented and patterns/trends identified through analysis.Initiate action to help ensure that all service outages and issues are appropriately dealt with, identifying lessons learnt and ensuring Root Cause Analysis actions are put in place to avoid re-occurrence.Qualifications:3 year IT (or related) Qualification - degree or diploma (minimum)ITIL Foundation CertificationExperience:5-7 Years Technical Experience in IT Infrastructure and Application ManagementEssential:Excellent written and verbal communicationAbility to operate under pressureAbility to lead a teamDemonstrated competency in Service DeliveryExperience in managing simple and complex service provider relationshipsContract ManagementMotor Industry knowledge and experienceSetting of IT KPIs and monitoring thereof
