To apply you must have at least 1 year of experience as a Service Advisor, preferably in a busy franchised motor dealership, have a working knowledge of a current Dealer Management System, have a pleasant disposition, excellent telephone etiquette, and above-average customer service skills, with a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
