Service Advisor (Helderberg)

THIS POSITION REQUIRES FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE This diversified volume brand urgently is looking for a versatile and bilingual Service Advisor to join their highly popular Helderberg dealership, backed by a very supportive management team. To apply you must have at least 1 year of experience as a Service Advisor, preferably in a busy franchised motor dealership, have a working knowledge of a current Dealer Management System, have a pleasant disposition, excellent telephone etiquette, and above-average customer service skills, with a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Job Requirements Matric Certificate A valid Drivers License Must have at least 1 year of Service Advisor experience in a franchised motor dealership Good customer service skills Exceptionally well groomed and presented Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans) Have a clear understanding of Workshop Service Advisor duties Have working knowledge of a DMS A stable work history Contactable references You will need the following documents when applying; A FULL CV in Word or PDF format - Must include Company Names, Dates of Employment and Reasons for Leaving.
