Service Advisor (Cape Town)

***THIS POSITION REQUIRES FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE***
This motor dealership, which services high-demand brands and maintains a steady flow of business, is looking for a well-presented, highly organized, and hands-on individual to join their busy workshop team as a Service Advisor. To be eligible for this role, you must have at least 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor in a franchised dealership, with working knowledge of Evolve, fluency in both English and Afrikaans and a personable demeanour with excellent telephone etiquette, experience checking in vehicles using a tablet device and the ability to handle a high volume of bookings while thriving in a fast-paced work environment.
Job Requirements

Matric Certificate
A valid Drivers License
2 years of Service Advisor experience in a franchised motor dealership
Must be highly service driven
Exceptionally well groomed and presented
Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
Have a clear understanding of Workshop Service Advisor duties
Have working knowledge of Evolve or similar DMS.
Experience with vehicle check-ins using a tablet device (Preferred)
A stable work history
