Key Responsibilities:Ensure that all quotations are done as per GEA standards and agreed margins.Procurement in accordance with ERP system requirements.Maintain job files as per GEA standards.Keep WIP up to date and in accordance with GEA standards.Ensure invoicing is done on time and in accordance with the ERP system.Implement and manage human resource aspects: leave, sick leave, social welfare, office facilities, employment contracts, etc.Maintain and manage local banking, leases, expense sheets, etc.Manage and document overheads as per GEA standards.Develop and maintain branch facilities to support service business.Implement and enforce HSE protocols.Ensure technicians receive adequate training and exposure to Group know-how.Business Development actions:Create a customer database using historic data and MI as the source.Identify current and potential customers across GEA's product portfolio.Provide market intelligence related to all GEA Product Groups.Obtain install bases per product group from Service Sales, Equipment Sales & Solution Sales.Identify and calculate service opportunities in the region.Calculate share of wallet per country in your area of responsibility.Identify training requirements and develop a training gap using provided documents.Create parts coverage in conjunction with Supply Chain for critical and service spares.Compile strategy to target identified opportunities and customers based on revenue potential & strategic importance.Compile implementation plan with clear actions, dates, and responsible personnel.Identify competitors & market share.Minimum Requirements:Strong understanding of the ammonia refrigeration process and associated engineering.Minimum work experience of 2-3 years in project sales and/or execution.Ability to select equipment and perform basic design checks.Strong knowledge of the OHS Act and experience with site safety files.Knowledge of SANS 10147 advantages.Proficient in English and Afrikaans.Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume; apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.Ability to formalize detailed business letters and documents.Excellent communication skills with a strong customer orientation focused on service delivery.Strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, etc.).
