We are currently hiring for an experienced SEO Specialist to join our SEO department. The successful applicant will be responsible for the ideation and implementation of strategies to ensure our client websites are achieving optimal organic search performance.
The position will require an individual with strong problem-solving skills, solid knowledge of current industry standards, trends, and best practices in SEO, as well as extensive experience with technical SEO tactics. The SEO Specialist will be expected to analyze data, diagnose issues, and implement solutions that result in improved website performance.
Responsibilities:
Utilize our suite of SEO tools to analyze/prioritize what needs to be worked on
Work in WordPress websites (front & back end)
Develop content/keyword/topic strategies
Develop and optimize content silo structures
Merging of existing blog posts if/when needed
Utilize AI to enhance current blog post and page content
Optimize Title Tags
Optimize Meta Descriptions
Optimize Interlinks
Optimize Outbound Links
Optimize Images (titles/alt descriptions)
Optimize URLs as needed/create redirects as needed
Optimize Local SEO strategies (Google Business Profile)
Identify backend technical issues that can be listed out as recommendations and passed on to developers as needed
Keep an active pulse on campaign keyword rankings
Check Google Search Console for website performance issues and indexing issues on an ongoing basis
Provide thorough analysis of campaign progress and updates to our Customer Success Managers
Identify and fix global site-wide front-end (WP/Elementor) issues on an ongoing basis
Optimizing copy for blogs and landing pages
Performing ongoing keyword research, including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities
Researching and implementing content recommendations for organic SEO success
In-depth knowledge of AHREFS & SEMRUSH for monitoring & optimizing website performance
Strong understanding of WordPress
Solid understanding of Elementor
Experience working with data analytics software such as Google Analytics & Google Search Console to track issues/errors/progress on SEO projects
Knowledgeable in link building strategies including outreach methods and content building strategies such as guest blogging or infographics creation
Ability to identify common structural problems affecting page indexation on Google & Bing including canonicalization issues and duplicate content threats
Excellent written & verbal communication skills required to effectively report results and plan campaigns both internally & externally
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also contributing effectively within a team setting when needed
Ability to adapt quickly with changes in technology trends and bring innovative ideas for improvements in organic rankings through technical optimizations alone is essential for this role
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritize and multi-task
Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs with sharp attention to detail
Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically, and identify and resolve problems
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

9:00 am – 6:00 pm Monday – Thursday (CST)
9:00 am – 1:00 pm Fridays (CST)
