Senior Tracking Supervisor

Job Summary: As a Senior Tracking Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the movement and efficiency of the company's fleet vehicles.
Your role involves utilizing tracking systems, analyzing data, and implementing strategies to enhance fleet performance, ensuring adherence to schedules, and maintaining operational standards.
Responsibilities: Fleet Monitoring and Tracking:Utilize tracking software/systems to monitor the real-time location and movement of fleet vehicles.Analyze data to ensure compliance with routes, schedules, and company policies.Identify and resolve deviations from planned routes or schedules promptly.Performance Optimization:Develop strategies to optimize fleet performance, including fuel efficiency, vehicle maintenance, and driver productivity.Implement measures to improve overall fleet operations and reduce operational costs.Maintenance Coordination:Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule regular vehicle inspections, servicing, and repairs to ensure fleet safety and efficiency.Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and repair history.Reporting and Analysis:Generate regular reports on fleet performance, including fuel consumption, mileage, and adherence to schedules.Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, or areas for improvement.Compliance and Safety:Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies.Conduct audits to verify adherence to safety protocols and implement corrective actions where necessary.Communication and Coordination:Communicate effectively with drivers and other relevant stakeholders to relay instructions, updates, or changes in schedules.Coordinate with dispatchers or logistics teams to optimize routes and schedules based on real-time information.Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in fleet Tracking, logistics, or a related field.Proficiency in fleet tracking software and systems.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
