Senior Scheduler / Planner

We are looking for a Senior Scheduler / Planner to manage a team of schedulers and their day-to-day scheduling/administration of the reactive and planned repairs service to ensure that the performance customer service targets are continuously met. You need to have a Social Housing / Property Services background.Responsibilities:Manage all resource planning activities to ensure maximum efficiency.Enable K.P.I's to be met weekly by ensuring all jobs and appointments are completed.Check K.P.I performance weekly and analyze service failures to implement solutions.Ensure all reporting sent via business management is inspected and updated by yourself or your team promptly.Salary: £32,000 - £35,000Location: West LondonJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: £32,000.00-£35,000.00 per yearSchedule:Monday to FridayWork Location: In personReference ID: JS11290
