Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Recruiter, you will: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires, across various roles in the BPO and contact centre environments.Ensure compliance within recruitment processes, guiding the team on best practices and making sure processes are followed correctly.Maintain accurate recruitment records, ensuring all recruitment documentation is up-to-date and aligned with company policies.Provide guidance and support to recruitment team members, offering expertise and mentorship on recruitment techniques and processes.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with recruitment needs and priorities.Assist in preparing and updating recruitment materials and candidate communications.
This role will not involve managing direct reports but will serve as a key resource for ensuring the recruitment team's compliance and process integrity.
What We're Looking ForTo be successful in this role, you should have: 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within the BPO or contact centre industries.A strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and compliance requirements.Proven experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment platforms such as job boards, social media, etc.Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to engage and influence internal teams.A keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in recruitment documentation and processes.A proactive approach to solving problems and driving continuous improvement in recruitment practices.
