Senior Property Legal Executive

For our client we are looking for a Property Legal Expert as set out below. SUMMARY OF EXECUTIVE OPPORTUNITY: The Property Legal Expert will be responsible for overseeing all legal matters related to the companies' Property Investment Portfolio. KEY EXECUTIVE ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED: Proven experience (10 years) working as a legal professional specialising in property law, with a focus on property transactions, preferably in a fund management, real estate investment context or corporate environment. Knowledge of regulatory frameworks governing investment funds, including securities laws, tax regulations, and compliance standards, JSE Listings Requirements and the Collective Investment Schemes Control Act, Financial Intelligence Centre Act, etc. Proven experience in the MRI Property Central system ('MRI or MDA' - formerly MDA Property Manager) (compulsory). Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering practical and commercially viable legal solutions. Membership in relevant professional bodies and a valid legal practicing certificate.
