Your Day-to-Day: Client Management Act as primary contact person on the project Ensure good client relationships Project status reporting Manage project scope, cost and schedule and associated variations Ensure project team members are in alignment with above Ensure corporate project management procedures are followed Lead, communicate with and motivate the project team Provide ongoing support to team members, monitor performance and provide feedback What You Bring to The Team: Qualifications Degree and / or Higher National qualifications related to Architecture, Information Management or Computer Science. Desirable: Project Management qualifications e.g. Prince 2, APMP; Member of a relevant professional institutions e.g. ICE, APM, BCS Knowledge/Experience 7+ years' experience in a project management role or similar A proven track record of delivering technology solutions to organisations operating in the Facilities Management or Work and Asset Management domain. Knowledge of Facilities Management or Asset Management domain Good report writing and communication skills. Experience managing projects in a software implementation environment.
