Senior Project Manager

Position Overview: The Senior Project Manager will oversee and manage complex projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in hospital projects, including working on brownfield and live environment projects.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the planning, execution, and completion of senior-level projects.Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Oversee project development from inception through to delivery, including managing stakeholders and project teams.Implement and monitor project plans, ensuring compliance with quality standards and project specifications.Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies.Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders.Ensure adherence to contract requirements and industry regulations.Prepare and present progress reports, project documentation, and performance metrics.Qualifications and Experience:Professional Registration: PrCPM (Professional Registered Project Manager) registration is highly desirable.Hospital Experience: Proven experience working on hospital projects is essential.Brownfield and Live Environment Projects: Significant experience in managing brownfield and live environment projects.Contract Experience: Ideally, experience with NEC (New Engineering Contract) is preferred.Educational Background: A relevant degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Skills and Competencies:Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent project management and organizational abilities.In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.Ability to effectively manage budgets, schedules, and resources.Superior problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex project challenges.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
