Experience in site operations, viz. fuel forecourt and diesel truck high canopy, retail convenience shop, ancillary services such as car wash, truck wash, canteen, laundromat etc. is non-negotiable.

Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to: Management of all operations on site, retail fuel forecourt, Diesel truck high canopy, retail convenience shop, Ancillary services such as car wash, truck wash, canteen, laundromat etc.Business management – management of the business as a whole.Compilation and management of operational income and expense budgets.Management of all operational and administrative personnel on site.Implementation and management of on-site systems.Liaising with local and national authorities when required.Management of operational agreements.Stock management.Management of lease agreements.Management of franchise agreements.Management of third-party agreements (security, cleaning etc.)Any other duties that could reasonably be expected from a general manager.
