TOP VACANCY ALERTSenior Operations Manager - East LondonExperience in site operations, viz. fuel forecourt and diesel truck high canopy, retail convenience shop, ancillary services such as car wash, truck wash, canteen, laundromat etc. is non-negotiable.Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.Requirements:Business or industry related qualification.More than 15 years experience.Knowledge of the following systems: SAP (retail), Namos (fuel), Winbranch (fuel) is advantageous.Proven business and operational track record.Forecourt experience non-negotiable.Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to:Management of all operations on site, retail fuel forecourt, Diesel truck high canopy, retail convenience shop, Ancillary services such as car wash, truck wash, canteen, laundromat etc.Business management – management of the business as a whole.Compilation and management of operational income and expense budgets.Management of all operational and administrative personnel on site.Implementation and management of on-site systems.Liaising with local and national authorities when required.Management of operational agreements.Stock management.Management of lease agreements.Management of franchise agreements.Management of third-party agreements (security, cleaning etc.)Any other duties that could reasonably be expected from a general manager.If you do not hear from us within two weeks of applying, you may assume that your application was unsuccessful.
