We look forward to your application!About the Role:The Senior Manager – Scrum Master will be responsible for embedding Agile principles, values, and practices within MTN, ensuring that our teams can effectively respond to changing customer needs and market dynamics. You will facilitate the adoption of Scrum practices, guide teams to achieve their sprint goals, and inspire continuous improvement across the organization.Key Responsibilities:Guide Agile transformations within MTN, enabling squads to embrace Scrum principles, practices, and deliver sprint goals effectively.Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring teams are aligned and on track.Act as the bridge between Scrum teams and stakeholders, promoting collaboration and managing expectations.Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities, experimenting with new practices, and implementing changes that enhance productivity and quality.Proactively remove obstacles that hinder squad progress, fostering a supportive and productive environment.What We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification required.7+ years of relevant experience, including 4-5 years in applying Agile methodologies, with a strong focus on Scrum.Expertise in Agile principles, Scrum framework, and agile project management tools like Jira.
