As a Senior HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems. You will also provide technical guidance and support to junior technicians, as well as collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of HVAC systems.Responsibilities:System Installation & Maintenance: Oversee complex installations, maintenance, and repairs of HVAC systems.Team Leadership: Mentor and train junior technicians; ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.Project Management: Plan, schedule, and coordinate HVAC projects to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion.Diagnostics & Troubleshooting: Address and resolve complex HVAC issues using advanced tools.Customer Service: Assess client needs, offer recommendations, and explain technical details clearly.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure work meets all relevant safety and building codes.Documentation: Maintain detailed records of work, including reports and service logs.System Upgrades: Recommend and implement efficiency improvements.Emergency Response: Provide prompt service for urgent issues.Tool Management: Maintain and manage HVAC tools and equipment.Safety: Follow and enforce safety procedures and use protective equipment.Requirements:Proven experience as an HVAC TechnicianStrong knowledge of HVAC systems and technologiesHVAC trade test or Refrigeration trade testExcellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to provide technical guidance and supportExperience in troubleshooting and diagnosing HVAC system issuesKnowledge of safety regulations and proceduresStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsAttention to detail and organizational skillsValid driver's licenseFull TimeCompany Social
