The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources management, focusing on recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and performance management.Responsibilities:Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for new employees.Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.Manage HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and payroll processing.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably within the energy sector.Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.Certification in HR management is a plus.Salary: negotiable.
