PLC, HMI, Allen-Bradley, Siemens Programing
PLC programs using TIA (Total Integrated Automation) SIMATIC's Manager, WinCC, C/C++ software.
For various automotive and other industries and industrial components.
Redesign a high-pressure hydraulic hydro forming machine with Computer Hydraulic servo control on an PLC CompactLogix controlled system.
Created project drawings using AutoCad OR Solid works including Electrical schematics and panel layouts.
Project Management, Estimating, Purchasing, Panel Design, PLC & HMI Programming & Networking, Commissioning & Start Up.
Automation & Controls Engineer project management, automation integration, electrical controls build and design, technical writing, manufacturing process and application engineering.
