Senior Deal Desk Analyst - GERMAN SPEAKERWe're actively seeking a Senior Deal Desk Analyst to join our vibrant team and assume a pivotal role in enabling Meltwater's commercial teams to successfully close high-value opportunities. As a Senior Deal Desk Analyst, you'll report to the Director of Sales Operations and be responsible for managing the CPQ administration process and providing support across various Deal Desk functions. Additionally, the Senior Deal Desk Analyst contributes to the overall order-to-cash process at Meltwater and works closely with commercial teams through any related queries.What You'll Do:Deal Desk Support: Provide operational and administrative assistance to Sales teams during deal structuring and execution. Assist in evaluating deal economics, commercial terms, and operational requirements. Support deal approvals, reviews, and compliance assurance processes.Order-to-Cash Process: Contribute to the overall order-to-cash process by ensuring smooth transitions from deal closure to revenue recognition.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve Deal Desk processes. Assist in implementing standardized methodologies and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Sales Efficiency and Business Rules: Identify opportunities for improved sales efficiency and proactively work with sales to implement new business rules. Maintain familiarity with all business rules and understand their context to ensure compliance and efficiency.Systems and Communication: Demonstrate a thorough understanding of CRM and ERP systems to effectively navigate and utilize them in deal management processes.
