Senior Construction Foreman - Ballito

Construction Company seeking a Senior Construction Foreman for a high-end residential housing development along the Dolphin Coast.  This position requires someone with at least 10 years' experience in the construction industry, as a foreman and who resides in or around Salt Rock/Ballito.
Salary: Negotiable depending on Experience  Working hours:  07h00 to 16h30 Monday to Friday, and 07h30 to 15h30 on a Saturday (if required) Responsibilities: The job entails supervising staff, allocating resources, managing sub-contractors, co-ordinating tasks, supervising the use of plant & machinery and ensuring that health & safety requirements are adhered to.  The ideal candidate will become part of an experienced team and will be required to take initiative and ensure that projects are completed within the agreed deadlines.
Requirements: 10 Years Construction Foreman Experience The knowledge to interpret specifications and drawings is required, with an ability for accurate setting out and verifying thereof.  Understanding concrete formwork is a requirement.
As the focus is on high end residential property developments an eye for detail is required.  Previous experience supervising residential building projects is essential.
