Senior Compliance Administrator

Hire Resolve's client is seeking a Senior Compliance Administrator to join their team in Malmesbury, Western Cape. This role is essential for ensuring that the company's operations adhere to legal and regulatory standards. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing compliance frameworks and supporting the compliance team in achieving its objectives.Responsibilities:Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and proceduresMonitor compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policiesConduct compliance audits and risk assessmentsPrepare and maintain compliance reports and documentationFacilitate compliance training programs for staffCollaborate with various departments to ensure compliance standards are metStay current on regulatory changes and advise management on necessary adjustmentsSupport management in internal and external auditsManage and coordinate compliance-related projects and initiativesRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a related field (Paralegal qualification would be beneficial)3+ years of experience in compliance administration or a related fieldStrong knowledge of collateral management, financial regulations, and compliance regulationsProficiency in using financial software, compliance management tools, and regulatory reporting systemsExcellent organizational and project management skillsHigh attention to detail and analytical skillsStrong communication and interpersonal abilitiesCertifications such as Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) are advantageous
