Senior Change Manager - 3 Month ContractMinimum Requirements:Snr Change Manager to support the group platform journey on group-wide change initiativesMinimum 5 years experience in leading and managing strategic change initiatives across large, complex, group-wide initiativesAny formal change management accreditation / qualificationSignificant experience in leading and managing complex, group-wide change initiatives in financial servicesExperience in leading and managing both business and IT change initiatives across large organizations (financial services and tech organizations a plus)Strong EQ and ability to influence across multiple stakeholdersStrong change management specialist skills to conduct stakeholder analysis, change impacts and translating into Strategic Change PlansAbility to engage with various stakeholders; senior to juniorResponsibilities:Develop Change Management plan and approachBusiness acceptance of the approach and planStakeholder buy-in and supportPlanned changes are clearly definedCompile Impact and readiness assessmentNeed for change and its impact is understoodIssues or risks are identified and communicated if people, processes or technology are not ready for the changeStakeholder relationship managementWin-win solutions with buy-in from relevant stakeholdersQuick, quality responses to stakeholders needs, complaints and conflictsStakeholders are informed, up-to-date and satisfiedProductive partnerships are established and maintainedHigh quality service delivered according to expectations and agreed deadlinesTeamwork, self-management and alignment with group valuesResponsibilities fulfilled timeously (self-management)Stakeholder satisfactionAdherence to procedures and ethical standardsContributes to positive working environment and productive team
