Senior Bookkeeper / Personal Assistant

RedCat Recruitment is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced SENIOR BOOKKEEPER / PERSONAL ASSISTANT for a well-established concern, position based in Howick, KwaZulu-Natal. REQUIREMENTS Grade 12. Valid drivers license / own reliable vehicle. Relevant financial / accounting qualifications. Competent computer literacy (MS Office, Email / Internet). Previous working experience on QuickBooks and / or Pastel is essential. Bookkeeping duties up to trial balance. 5yrs previous experience in a similar role. Must have previous experience dealing with multiple companies. Set up checks and balances for three entities. Financial management duties. Stock control. Taking minutes of meetings.
