About the RoleAs the Senior B-BBEE & Transformation Specialist, you will provide critical advisory services to clients, focusing on B-BBEE scorecard calculations, transformation strategies, and client relationship management. This role requires expertise in B-BBEE legislation, technical advisory, and strategy development, alongside strong analytical and client-facing skills. Key Responsibilities Calculate, review, and present complex B-BBEE scorecards and ownership elements; Conduct in-depth B-BBEE training, handle technical queries, and assess fronting risk; Assist clients in developing and implementing transformation strategies and action plans; Evaluate ownership transactions and advise on compliance impacts; Cross-sell services and support proposal development; Manage project teams and client relationships, ensuring efficient project delivery; Keep up-to-date with B-BBEE policies and sector code amendments. Requirements BCom Honors in Accounting/LLB or related postgraduate degree; Minimum of six years in advisory, consulting, verification, or B-BBEE-related fields; Advanced knowledge of B-BBEE legislation, strong analytical ability, and MS Office proficiency; Self-motivated, adaptable, solutions-oriented, and committed to team success; Established network within the B-BBEE arena (advantageous).
