Apply for this Senior Accountant in Maidstone job today.Job PurposeSupport a varied client portfolio, working closely with the senior management team to ensure expectations and deadlines are met.Preparation of statutory accounts for Limited companies and Sole Traders.Preparation of accounts from core records, using FRS 105 and/or FRS 102.Preparation of and submission of VAT returns.Preparation of and processing of supplier payment runs.Manage cashbook, postings and reconciliations.Review expenses, purchase invoices and credit cards.Liaise with clients, building trusted relationships and proactively handling queries.Support junior staff, including reviewing work and supporting their professional development.Identify new processes and ways to increase efficiency.Research and interpret changes to taxation and accounting regulations.Champion your own professional development, regularly undertaking training opportunities.About This FirmOn offer with a well-established practice, this Senior Accountant role is an incredible chance to join a thriving team of talented accountants.
