Security Area Manager - Ballito Kzn

The overall purpose of this position is to manage several Operations Managers in covering the following key areas: client liaison, HR/IR matters, fleet management, expenses control, investigations, and ensuring the posting of security officers.Minimum Requirements:Matric certificate, PSIRA Grade A registration and accreditation.At least 5 years' experience in the security industry.Strong planning, leadership, and organizational skills, as well as good interpersonal and communication skills.Computer literacy on Microsoft Programs.Own reliable transport and valid Driver's Licence is required.Must be firearm trained for business purposes.No criminal record.Applicants must reside in Durban or Ballito.Key Performance Areas: (not totally inclusive):Ensuring that contractual requirements are met as stipulated by the client.Maintaining good relations between Fidelity Security Services Group and the client regarding security services rendered.Constantly evaluating the service levels provided and making recommendations to the client regarding the improvement of services.Dealing with all required administration matters.Liaising daily with branch management on various operational issues.Submitting relevant weekly/monthly incident and general reports as required by management.Job Type: Full-timePay: From R17000.00 per monthApplication Questions:Are you PSIRA registered?Do you have your own vehicle?What is your monthly CTC salary expectation?Do you reside in Durban or Ballito?Application Deadline: 2024/06/10
