Requirements:Degree or BTech Electrical Engineering (NQF 6)At least 5 years' experience in Engineering in an automotive manufacturing environmentSiemens S7, TIAPneumatic knowledge advantageousRobotics Experience (ABB) advantageousAt least 5 years' experience in electrical problem-solving experienceProcess Control experiencePlanning, organising, and controlling skillsResponsibilities:PLC Programming and Administration (Siemens S7, TIA)AGV Programming and Support (Hikrobot, Geek+, Casun)Bar Code Scanner configuration and supportTorque Tool configuration and support (Atlas Copco)Critical Spares ManagementComply with OHS Act regulations and other legislationInvolvement with all new projectsWriting of applicable Works InstructionsAccurately carry out maintenance schedules for production machinery and services (Electrical and Mechanical)Ensure a high standard of housekeeping alwaysCarry out all works orders given within the time frame givenPerform and ensure quality workmanship - no come-backsAll work must be performed safely according to all safety regulationsSpeedily rectify breakdowns and after-hours call-outsWeekly shift and stand-by duty to be performed as per the rosterKeep Maintenance Manager up to date pertaining to any potential breakdowns and safety threatsAdhere to Company HSEE policyPerform shift and standby call-out dutiesWorking overtime when required as agreed by ManagerShould you wish to apply, please email your CV through to Kerry O'Hagan.
