We have an opportunity available in Johannesburg for a Road Loadings Administrator, Candidates MUST be energetic with a "can do" attitude and strong administration skills.
A logical and sensible individual with a strong eye for detail will be required for this position.
The expected duties for this position are as follows but not limited to:
Sending daily truck status reports to all LSP as per data from WIRE .
Documents received from Kamoa to be sent to all the relevant LSPs - record to be kept all documents sent.
Upon receipt of export documents from Kamoa export documents to be saved to the relevant buyer on ShareDrive and buyer schedule to be updated accurately.
Documents for the previous month to be saved and updated by no later than the 15th of the following month.
Assist LSP with document requests by either sending off the system or requesting from site
Ensure all the necessary are up to date as well as historical reports, templates, documents are saved on the company Share Drive under the correct folder.
Ensure timely and efficient resolution of all queries related to your function.
Queries to be followed up until resolved.
Timely and efficient response time on all communication via email, WhatsApp and WeChat.
In the case of queries communication to be done daily up until resolution (whether during work hours or after hours)
Basic salary up to R 28 000.00 to R 35 000.00 on offer with benefits to be discussed.
