Revenue Administrator

My client is looking for a Revenue Administrator to manage and analyze critical revenue data, ensuring accuracy and compliance across their operations.This role is based in Milnerton, northern suburbs, in Cape Town.Key Responsibilities:Monitor Systems: Oversee the System to manage adjustments, address queries, and handle cash-ups.Query Management: Record and track all site-related queries concerning cash-up variances, including the investigation and resolution process.Technical Expertise: Utilize technical knowledge in Systems reporting, QlikView, GGR statistics, and CRM to implement and refine processes and procedures.Variance Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of significant machine or site GGR variances to ensure accuracy.Data Gathering & Reporting: Collect and analyze revenue and data from the System, and present timely reports to stakeholders.Ad Hoc Analysis: Perform ad hoc data sourcing and analysis of key games, machines, and licensed sites as needed.Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with internal and external policies, procedures, and regulations as set by relevant regulatory authorities.Qualifications and Experience:Matric qualification.Relevant experience in revenue management, data analysis, or a related field.Strong technical skills in CEMS, QlikView, and CRM systems.Excellent analytical abilities with a focus on detail and accuracy.Knowledge of gaming regulations and compliance standards is preferred.
