Retail Risk Manager

Job Description Risk management and loss control: Coordinate outsourced security companies. Coordinate internal security. CCTV and Control Room operations. Investigations and incident reports. Plan and implement security strategies. Implement and manage response plans in the event of security incidents. Update and improve SOPs where necessary. Inventory Control: Coordinate cycle and stock counts. Investigate variances. Propose adjustments for approval. Implement strategies to manage loss control for high-risk lines. Health and Safety: Work with appointed HSE consultants to implement OHS act requirements. Coordinate and manage requirements. Delegate as appropriate. Qualifications and Experience Grade 12. Relevant qualification. At least 5 years' experience in a similar role. Computer literate. Own reliable transport. Willing to work on Retail Hours.
